Quarterly Equities Management (<$15,000)

Quarterly Equities Management is a portfolio management service focused on strategic equity selection, trade execution, portfolio rebalancing, and performance review conducted on a quarterly basis to support long-term investment objectives.

By enrolling in the Quarterly Equities Management service, the client acknowledges and agrees that all investments involve risk, including the possible loss of principal. Investments and securities accounts are not FDIC insured, are not bank guaranteed, and may lose value. Past performance does not guarantee future results, and investment gains are not guaranteed. This agreement shall remain active on a quarterly subscription basis unless terminated by the client. To cancel services, the client must provide written notice via email or cancel the active subscription directly through Square prior to the next billing cycle.
