Chantal N. Lyles Logan is the CEO and founder of Chartered Waters Financial & Insurance Services, LLC; a woman owned and minority owned small business. She graduated from Old Dominion University where her studies focused in economics and financial management. She married her college sweetheart, Nikita Logan, in their favorite city, New Orleans, in September 2016 and they both reside in Norfolk, VA with their dog Blue the Doberman Pinscher & cat Beychella. Giving back and finding solutions have always been her passions and she specializes in taking a holistic approach to financial planning.
